Friendly Bytes Software, Inc. implements
a multi layer backup procedure to help prevent the loss of data that can be devastating
to any company large or small. Backups start at the individual work stations
which then go to the Server where the information is backed up again to a second
hard drive. The information is again backed up to an offsite computer located in
another building incase of fire or other disasters. Last an external Hard Drive
using a USB cable is setup on one of the office computers to perform daily back
ups of the server files which is changed regularly and either stored in the
company safe or removed offsite by one of the office staff.
