Friendly Bytes Software, Inc.
is a full service Data Processing Management Company providing for all of the
computer system requirements of a diverse, established clientele. As a dynamic and motivated
company, we strive to continually develop and enhance our knowledge and
experience with the ever-changing computer industry.
In addition to developing and maintaining the normal in house
applications needed to perform the day-to-day operations, we have developed an
extensive knowledge of the World Wide Web. This knowledge ensures that our
clients will receive the best Internet access while minimizing the actual cost. Friendly Bytes software provides
the service of developing and maintaining a proper Data Processing environment.
It is part of our job to assist you in locating the supplies at minimum cost. We
do not receive a commission for the service. Friendly Bytes Software, Inc.
possesses an “IBM System 36”, an “IBM
AS/400” and a Novell Network for use in developing and maintaining our
client’s databases both on site and at our location as needed. This equipment also provides for an immediate disaster
recovery program, If our clients computer goes down, we simple restore their
data to our computer and we’re running in only a few hours, not a few days. Richard W. Baldwin has long been a
believer in the notion that an effective data processing management team is one
that is involved, hands-on, whenever and wherever needed.
We have maintained a 24 hour response line to all of our clients for
years. In our drive to be the best,
we have installed PC Anywhere at all of our clients, which provides us with the
ability to perform file modifications on-line from our location at any time.
This service reduces the expense our clients incur, and more importantly,
provides our clients with the peace of mind that knowing at any time, with the
dial on the phone, we can provide them with the attention and response
previously reserved to those who have full time programming staff.
Thereby, at any time, any of our clients can depend on us to be there
